I am selling a bright 2+1 apartment I personally inspected in the elite Izida Palace in Nesebar (Sunny Beach), just 700 m from the sea. It’s on the 2nd floor of a six-storey building, with 84.04 m², two bedrooms, a living room and a cosy terrace — everything works and it does not require renovation. I found the flat fully furnished with built-in kitchen appliances, air conditioner, TV and reliable Wi‑Fi, so you can move straight in or start renting immediately. The complex itself stole my heart — closed and impeccably maintained with fountains, benches and a large park where you can relax. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, a spa salon, restaurant and lobby bar, plus tennis courts, a football field and a safe playground for kids. Maintenance is €19 per sq.m per year, which I think is fair for this level of service. 🏖️
