I’m selling a very warm and “real” home, not just a standard resort apartment – a 1+1 on the first floor with its own fenced yard in a cozy complex in Byala, just about 8–10 minutes’ walk from the beach. 🏝️ I’ve been inside many times, I know every corner, and I can honestly say the feeling here is like a small house, not a typical flat. It’s perfect if you have small children or pets: you open the door, and they’re outside but still safe and in sight, no stairs, no lifts, no running out to the street. There’s already good rattan patio furniture, so you can start your mornings with coffee outside, feel the sea breeze and enjoy privacy without people walking right past your table.

Inside, the apartment is ready to live in from day one; you really don’t need to buy anything urgent. 🛋️ The kitchen is fully equipped: big refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, cabinets – everything is in good condition, I checked personally. In the living room you have a large sofa, bar table with chairs, and in the bedroom a double bed with a big wardrobe; air conditioning is prepared and can be installed easily after purchase if you want even more comfort. The layout is smart: all rooms are walk-through and ventilated, the building is slightly elevated, so even in summer there’s a pleasant coolness and natural air circulation without the apartment overheating.

The complex itself is very well looked after: fenced territory, video surveillance, landscaping, evening lighting, a big pool with children’s section and sunbeds, barbecue area, parking next to the building, elevator, fast internet and HDTV. 🏊 I liked how quiet it is, no noisy bars under the windows, mostly families and people who come to rest, not party. The building has Act 16, all communications are central – water, electricity – and the annual maintenance fee is modest for this level of comfort.
